Shaft Design - Full 1 1/4" diameter shaft for higher load carrying capacity and longer idler life.

Extra Heavy Duty - 1 1/4" tapered roller bearing specially selected to withstand rugged service and high capacity conditions.

Corrosion resistant outer dust shield functions with the grease filled multi-path labyrinth seal to exclude idler damaging dust and dirt. An internal contact lip seal retains grease in the bearing cavity and provides an additional barrier to dust and dirt.
