The 1000 SERIES idler from Hewitt-Robins is the latest in quality design and manufacturing. This idler has been designed to meet and exceed CEMA B standards.

The 1000 SERIES idler roll is a sealed design incorporating an engineered polymer head, steel roll, two-piece seal, 17mm solid shaft and 17mm sealed ball bearings. The horizontal labyrinth external seal, in combination with the sealed ball bearings, provides an excellent sealed idler design. In addition, the inner shield acts as a flinger to divert contaminants away from the bearing cavity.
