Conveyor Idlers

• CEMA B IDLERS Ball bearing idlers designed for light-duty applications. These idlers are available with 17mm ball bearings.
• CEMA C AND D BALL BEARING IDLERS designed for medium to moderate duty applications. These Idlers are available with sealed 6304 or 6305 deep groove ball bearings for belt widths of 18" to 72".
• CEMA C, CEMA D & CEMA E TAPERED ROLLER BEARING IDLERS designed for medium to heavy-duty applications. These 3/4" or 1 1/4" tapered roller bearing idlers feature Goodman's patented Permaseal® III non-purgeable seal design. Idlers are available in either "sealed-for-life" or regreasable design. Available for belt widths of 18" to 96").

Impact Idlers

Goodman-Hewitt impact idlers cushion material impacts associated with loading areas, thereby extending belt life. Idlers include a heavy reinforced frame and rubber disc rolls to maximize impact absorption. Goodman-Hewitt impact idlers are a proven design to reduce your overall costs in loading areas.

TUFKON®

Utilizes a patented seal design, with non-rotating roll end, where abrasion, corrosion, and material build up affects the life of the idler. This idler can be provided with either a steel shell or 1/2" polyethylene backed by a steel shell for superior life in abrasive or corrosive applications.
